Probably to the surprise of no-one who follows my other account, my favorite robot/AI is Murderbot from Martha Wells' All Systems Red.

@Einahpets i like sentient robots whos story isnt ‘argh humanity is horrible I must kill them all’ since I find that to be usually quite boring

I remember Mike, from The Moon is a Harsh Mistress as being quite interesting (he’s part of a lunar colony uprising fighting for self governance from earth)

@Einahpets "The AI Gang" and in particular Paracelsus comes to mind as a childhood favorite.

Otherwise, I don't think I read or watch much with robots. I do like what Questionable Content is doing in exploring how widespread AI would fit into our society and culture.

@Einahpets Boxbot (is terrible). I like Robot from #Gunnerkrigg Court (a webcomic) is awesome. He identifies as male and runs a cult! Though the Robot King whenever he appears is a hoot.
